October 2006 saw the loss of another highly influential person in the family. We are saddened to announce the passing of the Mother of the Carse Family. Maria passed away peacefully on Saturday 14 October 2006 in Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge.

She had been admitted to hospital on 14 September suffering a collapsed lung and diagnosed with pneumonia on admittance.   She is a further huge loss to all the families, her friends, and everyone who knew her.   Her funeral service was held at St Laurence's Church in Cambridge on 24 October, and she is interred at the Huntingdon Road Cemetery.   Please click on the photo to be taken to a page which shows the details of the Loving Tribute and Celebration of Life for Maria.
